Over the last few days Kaya has gotten friendly, I think she likes the cold weather. She has also allowed Josie to pet her on occasion. Mostly she still likes to sleep in the stroller.

With the cooler weather, and the attention hog of a baby, Fred and George have found comfort in each other.

and he was willing to stay there for a while.

George put himself in a quandry overnight. He was playing with his favorite toy and apparently threw it so high in the air that it landed in the middle of the dining room table. He is well trained to know he is not allowed on the table. Therefore he walked around the outside of the table reaching as far up as he could from each direction and pulling things down. In the end he stole 4 baby toys off the table, but couldn’t get his own. I predict the confusion between what is a baby toy and what is a cat toy is going to run both ways in this house!

Our friends Wing and Jen came to visit in early July when Josie was just over 3 months old. He’s got one major camera and took these gorgeous photos!

Here are a couple of shots that we took in the last few months that never made it to the blog that I wanted to share. The first is Fred wearing Josie’s Red Sox T-shirt, he seemed to be enjoying himself. Secondly, I also use the high chair to hold Josie while I cook or sometimes while we eat dinner since it reclines appropriately for her.

Mio has been very needy these few days. Poor little guy doesn’t understand why our arms are always so full!

Josie now weighs more than two of the cats, Kaya (9 lbs) and Mio (10.5 lbs). She’s closing in on Ezzy who is usually in the range of 11-12 lbs and is pictured below. With the tail and the fur though, I think Ezzy still has a wider and longer body, although Josie definitely wins on head size. Once she’s past Ezzy she’ll have a long time to catch up to Fred and George’s size (16.5/17lbs).
