- Tortilla Chips
- Salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup jalapeno cheese
- 1 can black beans
- 1-2 cans of fat-free refried beans
- top with sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put chips in a ziplock bag and roll
with rolling pin. Fill the bottom of a casserole dish with crushed
chips. Then put in the black beans (rinse if preferred). Spread
either cheese on. Put refried beans on top and spread out to the
sides of the dish. Add salsa and the second layer of cheese, then
top with more tortillas. Cook for twenty minutes or until it turns
light brown on top. Let cool and top with sour cream.
